Our pet kitten price is $1,800.
Your kitten will come to you spayed or neutered, dewormed, with age-appropriate vaccinations, TICA registration papers, and a two-year guarantee for genetic defects.
Our adult cats are screened for over fifty diseases that affect cats. They tested negative for all known HCM and PKD mutations with the Wisdom panel screening.
The kittens are held and loved and played with every day from the time they are two weeks old. They are ready for their forever home when they are about twelve weeks old. (It could be a bit older due to the spay or neuter.)
We offer ongoing support for the lifetime of your kitten in the event that you have questions or concerns.
ABOUT YOUR RAGDOLL
Begin in the way you want to continue. Remember, each time your Ragdoll does a thing that’s inappropriate, they are building a habit that gets harder to break. We begin training your kitten to be the cat you want to have, but you will continue the process.
From the time they are babies, we teach them to use the litter box by showing it to them and always making sure they know where it is. We teach them that bath time isn’t scary. They get familiar with car rides and going to the vet; they learn that their traveling crate is a safe, quiet place to sit. We use treats to teach them to come when we call. We like them to stay out of houseplants and off the table, so we correct their behavior while saying psst! After a while we can say psst from across the room and they will correct their own behavior. Cats need to scratch, and providing enough scratch mats for them will deter them from your nice furniture. You will form your own relationship with your Ragdoll and learn to speak each other’s language.
Ragdolls are loveable cuddlebugs, not fierce fighters. Of course they love to play with you, but they aren’t made to defend themselves outdoors. Your Ragdoll will also want to be near to you and live life with you. For these reasons, they must be indoor cats.
